Deliverables and ownership

Insaira retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in delivering those services.

4. Payments and refunds

Payment terms for consulting engagements are set out in the relevant Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
• Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate
• Deposits paid for project work are non-refundable unless Insaira is unable to fulfil the agreed scope through no fault of the client

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insaira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event.
